Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar ticketing systems with high precision.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and refine features.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not disrupt existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and verification.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
