Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Document bugs clearly and accurately in JIRA, including reproduction steps and severity levels.
- Conduct regression testing after deployments to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze application performance and user experience to provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
