Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and bug tracking systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on software quality and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Java, or C#) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
