Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify functional, UI/UX, and regression bugs.
- Document defects clearly and concisely in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) with steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Monitor application performance and stability during various stages of the development lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure client requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test case creation.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs for data validation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
