Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing software applications.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects and bugs.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize SQL and API tools (Postman) to verify data integrity and backend functionality.
- Maintain and update regression test suites to ensure continuous delivery quality.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including edge case analysis.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
