Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs using industry-standard tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify issues
- Create detailed test plans and test scenarios
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies
- Maintain test environments and test data
- Continuously improve testing methodologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn technical tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for technology and quality assurance
