Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software defects
- Document and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps in JIRA
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to ensure quality releases
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome with training commitment)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
