Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Perform both manual and automated testing across various web and mobile applications.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect life cycles.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and querying.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
