What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, edge cases, and usability issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and clarify technical details.
- Log and track bugs in the issue tracking system (e.g., JIRA) with clear reproduction steps.
- Analyze application behavior and performance to recommend improvements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test life cycles, and defect tracking.
- Experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and querying.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire for continuous learning and process improvement.
