What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and improve user experience.
- Maintain a detailed log of test results and provide actionable feedback.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
