Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Perform regression testing on builds to ensure previous fixes remain intact.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
- Perform exploratory testing to discover edge cases and user experience issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to undergo our intensive paid training program.
- Proficiency in using Windows, Google Suite, and web browsers.
