Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and other defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and validate fixes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new code updates do not negatively impact existing features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging QA methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing within the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) is highly desirable.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
