Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Perform both manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze system performance and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
