Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues and improve software functionality.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent changes haven't negatively impacted existing features.
- Document testing results and communicate risk levels to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and the SDLC.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
