Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to ensure product stability and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing on builds to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze root causes of reported bugs and provide actionable feedback to developers.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and daily scrum meetings.
- Ensure all testing complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with at least one automated testing tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Familiarity with SQL or RESTful APIs for data validation.
- Proficiency in using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities.
