Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and edge-case testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to understand requirements and define test criteria.
- Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools to ensure high-quality standards.
- Provide detailed and actionable feedback on application performance and usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Test Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test life cycles, and defect management.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
