Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to diagnose root causes of defects and verify fixes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug reporting.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a flexible environment.
