Responsibilities
- Test Planning: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Bug Detection: Identify, document, and track software defects accurately using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not disrupt existing functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and product managers to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
- Automated Testing: Design and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Tools: Strong knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (Postman).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Process: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
