Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs with detailed steps and screenshots in JIRA
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile applications
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives (9 AM-12 PM)
- Perform regression testing on product updates
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain test documentation and test data
- Conduct usability testing and provide improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (black/white box, regression)
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Familiarity with agile development processes
