Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with development teams using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Perform regression testing on updated features and critical user workflows
- Participate in test planning sessions to define scope and acceptance criteria
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Validate API responses and integration points using tools like Postman
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA testing experience (manual/automated)
- Proficiency in bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs
