Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and regression testing cycles
- Verify UI/UX consistency across web and mobile applications
- Conduct smoke tests and regression analysis for product releases
- Maintain test documentation and update test plans as requirements evolve
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA/testing experience or relevant certification
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing (Postman/SoapUI)
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting defects
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
