Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Validate software functionality against technical specifications and user requirements
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability after updates
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and improve testing frameworks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Excellent written communication for creating test cases and reports
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
