Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Provide tier-1 support via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Complete vendor certification training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work with hands-on equipment
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must provide own transportation to client sites
