Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and maintain detailed defect reports in JIRA
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Verify product functionality across multiple devices and browsers
- Participate in agile ceremonies to refine test strategies
- Conduct regression testing on software updates and releases
- Maintain test documentation and test environment configurations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL for database testing
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
