Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Perform regression testing and validation of new features
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience
- Proficiency with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, regression, smoke testing)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with cross-browser/device testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification preferred
