Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts using provided equipment (test devices, monitors, and specialized tools)
- Document bugs and test results in JIRA/Confluence with precise technical details
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Verify software functionality across multiple devices and operating systems
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test environments and calibration logs for provided equipment
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features don't impact existing functionality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience with hardware/software integration
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Appium) and defect tracking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS)
- Ability to meticulously document test cases and results
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport if required
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
