Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans using provided high-performance testing hardware
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed steps and equipment configurations
- Validate software functionality across diverse device ecosystems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware-software integration issues
- Optimize test scripts using Selenium and provided automation tools
- Analyze performance metrics from specialized testing equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience with hardware/software integration
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA/TestRail)
- Experience with performance testing equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to document technical processes clearly
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
