Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality.
- Conduct regression testing after software updates to ensure no new bugs are introduced.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to diagnose root causes of software defects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and validation.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
