Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify product functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Monitor application performance and provide feedback on UI/UX improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual and Automation).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases for data validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for documenting test results.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
