Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test scripts to identify defects and bugs before deployment.
- Document, track, and prioritize bugs in JIRA, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand system requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze application performance and user flows to suggest improvements for usability.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Manual Testing.
- Experience with testing web applications on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
