Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports using JIRA
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in Agile/Scrum environments
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document test procedures and maintain quality assurance documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual software testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
