Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms
- Document defects with detailed steps using JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and prioritize fixes
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Perform regression testing on new features and bug fixes
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with regression, smoke, and usability testing
- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
