As a key member of our QA team, you will work closely with developers and product managers to deliver software that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing to verify fixes and maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
- Analyze test results, root cause issues, and verify the resolution of bugs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and testing methodologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and testing life cycles.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
