Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with high precision and provide detailed reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Perform regression testing on new features and updates to ensure system stability and backward compatibility.
- Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools to verify software functionality.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation).
- Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications across various browsers and devices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs for data validation.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
