Responsibilities
- Prompt Strategy: Design, test, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance and safety of LLMs.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models and develop prompt chains to improve output quality and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Evaluation: Establish metrics for success and conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Edge Case Handling: Identify and mitigate potential biases or ethical concerns in AI-generated content.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to evolving AI technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for language nuances and logical consistency.
