Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop and refine complex prompts to generate accurate, high-quality outputs from AI models like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Training: Assist in fine-tuning models by providing high-quality training data, feedback loops, and edge-case testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our client products.
- Evaluation: Test and evaluate AI responses to ensure they meet business standards, safety guidelines, and user expectations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering best practices, methodologies, and prompt libraries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), or AI model interaction.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM platforms.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional command of the English language, with a focus on clarity, tone, and structure.
