Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt variations to optimize model performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to identify areas for improvement in prompt engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Product Managers, to define AI requirements.
- Evaluate emerging AI models and tools to determine their suitability for our specific business needs.
- Train junior staff and stakeholders on effective prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with AI models such as GPT-4, Claude, or Bard.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and limitations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot prompt failures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Ability to think critically and creatively when solving complex problems.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL is a strong plus.
