Responsibilities
- Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Develop and implement sophisticated prompt strategies to optimize the performance of LLMs.
- Output Analysis: Critically evaluate AI responses to identify biases, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive libraries of high-quality prompts and usage guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering into larger AI systems.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous tests to compare prompt variations and maximize user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Prompt Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Language: Native-level fluency in English with a deep understanding of nuance, tone, and structure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex user requests.
