Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt engineering strategies to maximize the accuracy and utility of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the performance of AI outputs against specific business KPIs and safety guidelines.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously analyze user feedback and model performance data to iterate on prompt structures and workflow automation.
- Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt libraries directly into production applications and APIs.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across all AI interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, software development, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with API integrations (RESTful APIs).
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, and natural language processing (NLP) principles.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable instructions for an AI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
