Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative analysis to optimize prompt effectiveness and reduce hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to fine-tune model parameters based on user interaction data.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of prompt templates and best practices for various use cases.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable natural language instructions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to output coherence and safety.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Technical Writing with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong command of the English language, with an emphasis on grammar, tone, and precision.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for API integration and automation scripts.
- Experience working with APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively.
