Responsibilities
- Develop & Optimize: Design, test, and refine complex prompt templates to maximize LLM accuracy and relevance for business use cases.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous analysis of AI outputs to identify biases, errors, and opportunities for iterative improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and internal documentation to standardize AI interactions.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our software solutions.
- Innovation: Stay current on the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and NLP to introduce new techniques to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI, NLP, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Language: Native-level fluency in English with exceptional attention to grammar, nuance, and tone.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex prompts and troubleshoot AI logic.
