Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop and refine high-precision prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output accuracy, creativity, and alignment with specific business goals.
- Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune models based on prompt engineering feedback loops.
- Content Strategy: Create detailed instruction sets and system prompts that drive complex reasoning tasks and content generation.
- Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing of AI outputs, measuring performance metrics and iteratively improving prompt structures.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field, with a specific focus on AI and LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI platforms (OpenAI API, Anthropic, etc.) and a solid understanding of JSON, APIs, and Python basics.
- Language: Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, and nuance.
