Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance and reliability of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations and iterate on prompt structures for optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt-based solutions into production applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and techniques in prompt engineering.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in copywriting, technical writing, or software development.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, transformers, and NLP concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI responses effectively.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is highly preferred.
