Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, develop, and iterate on high-quality prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Evaluation & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of model outputs to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand voice.
- Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with data science teams to prepare datasets and guide the fine-tuning processes for specific domain applications.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, ensuring best practices are scalable across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Content Strategist, or similar role working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, or API integration; understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and clarity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic problems within prompt structures.
