Responsibilities
- Design and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for quality, safety, and factual accuracy.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to improve model fine-tuning datasets.
- Monitor industry trends in Generative AI to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in the creation of training materials for other team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong command of the English language and technical writing skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools or basic programming concepts is a plus.
