Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise AI applications
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iterate based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into products
- Monitor AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and ethical alignment
- Create training materials and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and NLP fundamentals
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) is preferred but not required
