Responsibilities
- Develop & Refine Prompts: Create complex, multi-step prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate high-quality content, code, and analysis.
- Model Optimization: Analyze AI output quality and iteratively refine prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, and creativity.
- Technical Integration: Integrate prompt strategies into existing software workflows and API calls.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries and optimization strategies for the engineering team.
- Feedback Loops: Collaborate with data scientists to provide feedback on model limitations and training data needs.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing AI-driven content strategies for marketing and customer service applications.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a focus on clarity, tone, and nuance.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or API concepts is highly preferred.
