Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise-level language models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Develop reusable prompt templates and libraries for client-specific use cases
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model behavior through iterative prompt engineering
- Document prompt architectures and create best practice guidelines for engineering teams
- Monitor model outputs and implement prompt-based solutions for hallucination mitigation
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and effective AI interaction workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to deconstruct complex problems
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to linguistic nuance
- Basic programming proficiency (Python preferred) for prompt automation
