Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to maximize accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production AI systems
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt development lifecycle management
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques
- Mentor junior engineers during and after the paid training program
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving AI technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating creative writing or technical documentation (preferred)
