Responsibilities
- Architect Prompt Chains: Design complex, multi-step prompt sequences for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high-fidelity output and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously test and refine prompts to maximize accuracy, relevance, and tone consistency across various AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into production APIs and applications.
- Evaluate Model Outputs: Establish rigorous testing protocols to measure the success of AI-generated content against business KPIs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research emerging AI methodologies and contribute to internal knowledge bases regarding prompt engineering strategies.
- Client Interaction: (Occasional) Assist in demonstrating our AI solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the power of optimized prompting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or machine learning interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of JSON, API structures, and basic Python scripting is highly preferred.
- AI Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT architecture, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex logic puzzles and optimizing workflows.
